Why the Singing / Straw™ Sili Is My Favorite Set (Even Though I Created All Three)
Okay, I’m about to admit something that feels a little like picking a favorite child…
But… lately?
I’ve been reaching for the Singing / Straw Sili 🫣
Pretty much any time I want to get a warm-up in or need to give my voice a bit of a jumpstart.
Yes, the same Sili I created.
The last set to be added to our virtual shelves.
The one that’s usually our least popular of all our straws...
And yet, I can’t help but reach for it.
Every. Single. Time.
Why?
Because it just fits my life right now!
And what I mean by that is: I’m always hands-free.
And if you’re a parent, I’m sure you can relate.
Whether I’m sitting at the piano trying to finish a song, answering questions in the studio, chasing my kiddos around the house while trying to get dinner going, or trying to squeeze in a few minutes of practice between everything else.
And the Sili is much much easier and waaaaay more forgiving.
It’s softer on my lips, gentler on my teeth, and I don’t have to worry about it slipping or feeling rigid while I’m multitasking.
I can literally keep it in my mouth for long stretches without thinking about it. And it still gives me that perfect 3mm resistance I love.
Don’t get me wrong… I absolutely LOVE my Original and PRO straws…
In fact, the PRO was my daily driver for years because of the different resistance options.
But right now?
The Sili just wins.
It’s kind of hilarious because the stats show it’s the one that sells the least 😅
Most people go straight for the Original or the PRO because they think “more options = better.”
But sometimes the simplest, most comfortable tool is the one that actually gets used every single day.
I’m out here looking like a weirdo walking around the house with a bright blue straw sticking out of my mouth, but my voice feels clearer and more connected than it has in months.
