Guarantee & Return Policy

The Singing / Straw™ (S/S) was created to help you have more fun singing! We are super confident that you’ll enjoy whichever S/S you choose, but just in case you’re not pleased, we back that up with our Guarantee & Return Policy.

30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:

If you are unsatisfied with your Singing / Straw for any reason, you have thirty (30) days from the date of receipt to contact us for a replacement or refund.

We hope you love it, but in case you’re dissatisfied, just submit a return request within 30 days of receipt of your order, and we will send you a refund or replacement.

In addition, Singing / Straw™ is covered by our limited one year warranty.

 

To qualify for a replacement or refund, all the following conditions must be met:

  1. A Return Request must be submitted to our customer service team within thirty (30) days of your receipt of the product. To request a return  submit a return request.

  2. Returned Product must be in brand new condition (not physically broken or damaged).

  3. All accessories originally included with your product must be included with your return.

  4. The Product must be shipped to us within 7 days of approval of the return request.

      Unless deemed otherwise by our support staff, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, packaging, etc for return shipping to Singing / Straw™ for all non-warranty returns. Upon receipt & verification of return of product, Singing / Straw will offer the Consumer one of the following two options: 1) A replacement product; 2) A refund for the original purchase price plus applicable taxes (minus original shipping & handling costs). 

      *All digital products are final sale. No refunds will be issued for digital purchases.

      GUARANTEE TERMS & CONDITIONS:

      Shipping & handling charges are not refundable unless Singing / Straw™ determines that the Product is inoperable and/or fails to operate substantially in accordance with the accompanying documentation through no fault of the original purchaser or through no fault of a third person, including the limitations and/or disqualifying actions expressed in the Singing / Straw™ 1-Year Limited Warranty.

      Approved refunds are typically processed within just a few days after receipt and verification of returned product.
