The Singing / Straw™ (S/S) was created to help you have more fun singing! We are super confident that you’ll enjoy your S/S, but just in case you’re not pleased with it, we back that up with our Guarantee and Return Policy. We hope you love it, but in case you’re dissatisfied, just contact us via email within 30 days and we will give you a refund or replacement. In addition, Singing / Straw™ is covered by our limited one year warranty.
30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:
If you are unsatisfied with your Singing / Straw™ for any reason, you have thirty (30) days from the date of receipt to request a replacement or refund.
To qualify for a replacement or refund, all the following conditions must be met:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from our customer service team within thirty (30) days of your receipt of the product. To request an RMA, email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the original order number in your correspondence as well as a brief description for the return.
- Returned Product must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged).
- Once a return request has been submitted to Singing / Straw™ for an RMA request, that product will no longer qualify for any other guarantee or warranty.
- All accessories originally included with your product must be included with your return.
- The Product must be shipped to us within 30 days of approval of the RMA return request.

Shipping & handling charges are not refundable unless Singing / Straw™ determines that the Product is inoperable and/or fails to operate substantially in accordance with the accompanying documentation through no fault of the original purchaser or through no fault of a third person, including the limitations and/or disqualifying actions expressed in the Singing / Straw™ 1-Year Limited Warranty.
Approved refunds will be processed within two (2) weeks of receipt and verification of returned product.
